I think your at a perfect weight right now. 15 lbs is too much, you'll look unhealthy if you wish to lose that much. That's how much I used to weight when I was 15 and 5.1" and everyone thought I was too skinny.

But I recommend you do 40mins of cardio every day. Some sit ups/crunches. Don't forget to eat breakfast, and healthy snacks. Don't eat after 7pm and drink lotz of water.

There is a difference between being skinny and being toned. Don't over due it. Just stay healthy.

    Good Luck :)

Even though you feel you are fat and need to lose weight, you don't! Your perfect where your at!

When I was your age, I thought I was fat too. I was 5'6 tall and weighed 125lbs. I was very athletic and mostly muscle weight, but I still had to lose weight! I got down to 90lbs one summer and finally I felt thin. What I didn't know is... I looked like death! My complexion was gray, my hair was dry, and my face was sunk in. I had no energy and stopped playing sports. I look at pictures and don't understand what I was thinking
    Then?!

If you are exercising three times a week, you are doing better than most, but if you feel like you need more... add a day! Don't feel like weight loss is the most important thing, Being Healthy is!! Eat right and exercise is the best thing to do. It sounds like you are already doing that, so you are okay!

Good Luck and God Loves You!

    Your welcome.

    Check this website out

You will see that the weight you are right now is normal. Just keep eating healthy and working out and you won't gain weight. Don't ever NOT EAT. That's the worse you can do to your body.

I hope you feel better about this situation. And trust me, there are many that would like to be the weight you are right now, because that's a perfect healthy body for a girl your age and height!

I think that you are at a great weight right now! If you still don't believe me try going to mypyramid.gov and they will help you come up with a weight loss plan! What ever you do ALWAYS EAT. That is the worst thing ever. I hope you do better because you are at a perfect weight right now.

Your weight is perfect, your exercising, believe me your doing great. As long as your eating natural healthy foods, fruits, veggies and staying away from junk food or fast foods you have little to worry about, at your age your are wonderful just as your are!

Okay ! I am 13 and I weigh 124 pounds . I am NOT over weight , I am 5'1 and I'm not over weight , although I have started eating A lot of food lately but I don't eat when I'm hungry I just eat because there is nothing else to do so that is my problem . I'm trying to loose weight , but I realized all I can do is just stop eating so much , Exercise , Eat Healthy , Drink WATER . No soda's = ( And just try to focus on other things beside food.

Exactly, you have to focus on something other than food, go for a walk, or find someone who has a dog and offer to walk them. Or go for a bike ride, dancing is also a great exercise, put on some music and dance till your tired. If you stuck watching TV instead of being out side, do some running in place, or jumping jacks, some kind of aerobics, while your watching. You understand what your doing wrong now you just have to focus on doing the right things so you won't snack when your bored. Now don't just think about it, try it! You can do it!

You should probably make your own post with this if this is a question! You will get a lot more responses!

*But anyway, you should start slow with some walking and light weight training. This will boost metabolism through cardio and muscle building.
*Eat healthy, no snacks, sodas (or diet), stay away from juice also (empty calories) except V8 or something similar!
*Drink a lot of water, and try to stick to only water. You can add lemon and such to make a different taste, tea is also great (but no sugar or fake sugar)
*Eat small meals through out the day, prepackage and freeze a few for quick meals.
*Try to eat a variety of fresh veggies/fruits to get a spectrum of nutrients
*No greasy fast food or buttery restaurant foods.

AND REALIZE THAT WEIGHT IS NOT AN ACCURATE MEASUREMENT, LOOK AT YOUR SIZE AND FITNESS LEVELS TO DETERMINE YOUR PROGRESS! MUSCLE IS MORE DENSE AND WEIGHS MORE THAN FAT, LOOK AT HOW LOOSE YOUR CLOTHES ARE FEELING!

2 LBS A WEEK IS A REASONABLE AMOUNT TO LOSE, DO NOT TRY LOSING MORE OR ELSE YOU WILL ONLY BE LOSING WATER AND RISK MAKING YOURSELF SICK!!
