I am on birth control, but I am worried about pregnancy.
Hey guys. I have been on birth control for almost 3 years now, but the last time I went to the OBGYN they told me I needed a higher estrogen pill due to spotting. They put me on trinessa, which I just started about 2 weeks ago,

Well now I have been getting really sick in the morning, throwing up. I am guessing it could be considered morning sickness. I was just wondering if the change in pills could allow me to get pregnant easier, and if this is the case.. should I stop taking the pills right away. I don't know what to do. Please help.

It is ALWAYS possible to get pregnant, pill or not. I had 2 children while taking the pill religiously, so you need to get a pregnancy test done to find out if this is the culprit.

How long have you been sick? Could it be a flu of sorts?

Please contact your doctor for a pregnancy test and advice on your pill.

I have been sick since I started this new trinessa stuff. At first I just blamed it on the new pill.. but now I am more nervous. How early does morning sickness start? '

If you don't mind me asking what pill were you taking that you got pregnant on?

Morning sickness can start VERY early in pregnancy. This can be one of the first symptoms. As for me, I was on Ortho Nova, I think. Really can't remember it has been 20+ years.

However, this could also be a side effect of your pill. You should call your doctor and let him/her know about your symptoms.
