The co. lawyer's "Server" has NOT been able to serve me yet. I was wondering if I should cut them off at the pass (So to speak) and file the motion? Also, should I cc the letter to the lawyers office? Thanks and I am sooooooooo grateful. Oh I checked my credit report and I think they are testing me because there are 2 amounts from 2 different cards one in 2002 for 4486.00 and another for 3386.00 from 2004 both from Cap. One. I was working at the time and suddenly got ill and had to quit (still getting SSDI). That is why I stopped paying thaem I do NOT want anyone to think I am slime.
