Just finished installing a new HD on a Gateway 2000 with a WIN 98 SE for an OS.

Having some problems finding a driver for the modem. I have been to windrivers and driverguide. Driver guide appears to have the driver but almost impossible to gain access to the site without going through there BS to become a member. Still waiting for a e mail verification e mail.

Anyone aware of another site?

Go back to driverguide and use drivers/all as the username/password combo..

You will get to a screen saying your password is going to expire.. Scroll all the way to the bottom of the webpage and you will see the following..

"If you don't want to create your new account, click here to continue on to the site."

Just click on the link provided..
