    Uninstall Yahoo Messenger
    Trying to UNINSTALL Yahoo messenger. When I click on add/remove Yahoo messenger in the control panel a window pops up: WISE UNINSTALL could not open install.log file

    Just a suggestion that might work, go to the website as if to download it again, it should give you a option to repair or remove, hopefully this will solve your problem. Take care, love and peace anne x

    I have re downloaded this and then uninstalled it and it still didn't work.

    Try the uninstall from safe mode. I hate Yahoo!

    If you are unable to uninstall Yahoo Messenger from Control Panel >> Add or remove programs, you can run the uninstall wizard.

    If you have cCleaner installed you can uninstall from there as well.
    Or else find the files associated with Yahoo Messenger in File Explorer and delete them all.
