Landlord is selling house; 10 months remaining on a 2 year Rental/lease agreement. If he sells the home, do I have any reprocussions? Is it possible for the Land lord to pay for a local move (San Diego)?

Hello pew:
No problem. You'll just have another landlord. Neither he, nor you can break the lease because of the sale.

You have no problem at all, if your landlord sells a home with a lease on it, the new owner has to honor the current lease,
If the new owner wants to get you to move, they will have to offer you a buy out ( but you don't have to take it) so most likely the new owner is merely buying some rental property for investments.
Remember they can't make you leave if you don't violate the terms of the lease, but they can offer you a buy out of the remainder of the lease.
Now if this is a rental, not on a lease they can merely give you a 30 day notice to move
