    Guardian for who?

The mother can sue for a test to a suspected father, and a man who believes he is the father can sue.

If the child has a guardian and there is an estate issue, the guardian can file on behalf of the child.

And I guess if the suspected father, is not able to care for hisself and he has a guardian over him, they could sue on his behalf also.

And the state can request one on behalf of the child
