I am trying to paste my resume in an online application site,my file is in
Micosoft Word.
Would appriciate some step by step help on this.

Open Word and press Ctrl+A to select all then press Ctrl+C to copy. Then position your cursor in the box on the site and press Ctrl+V. That should do it.

Note: if your Word resume is heavily formatted, it may not look good after pasting. You might to save it as a TXT file first and then clean it up, then paste from the plain text version.
