It Has An Entended Warranty On Same For 5 Yrs Compressor 5 Yrs Parts.the Unit Was Cleaned And Serviced Before I Purchased The Hse. I Lived In The Hse All Summer Prior To The Purchase And Had No Problems The Year Before The Sale.this Yr However It Will Not Cool My Hse Can Any One Help With Any Sugesstions Before I Call Some One Out To My Hse That Is Probably Going To Charge Me An Arm And Leg To Cover Labor Charges
