I'm kind of worried I found a lump on my breast and its now started to hurt I'm kind of shy and I really don't want to have to go to the doctors if its not worth the hassle can you help me thank you

Never feel shy to go to a doctor, think... doctors see and hear so many of these similar stories, its nothing new to them.
I once heard that when a lump hurts its not serious, however, don't be shy and do go check it out as it might be OK now, but as time goes by it could get worse if not looked at by a doctor.
