Hi. I'm getting married soon, and my fiance and I want to have a big family, because I grew up with lots of siblings and loved it...however, we may have to start paying child support if it turns out the paternity test is a yes...I'm not worried about the paying child support part, but once our family grows, it may become a bigger deal than we'd like it to be on costs, etc, so I was wondering, will the courts grant a lesser amount to nil child support if there are a certain amount of children in our family (we want 5 at least, lol)? I've been wondering this for awhile, but dont know who to ask about it.:confused:

EDIT:: Now do they consider the fact that I'll be with child by the time anything happens to do with the courts and child support?

Nope. No matter how many kids you have his currant kids still need support.
Try and look at it this way, Lets say you two have a kid , get into a big fight and go your separate ways. He has 10 more kids. Would you think it was fair to your kid if every kid he had your support dropped? --- Savage

good point. well, I guess it's just 18 years.

It won't drop but the next time he gets evaluated for an update, they will take him having other kids into consideration.
