Hi!. I was wondering whether any of you all could help me by telling me how in the world do I remove these hideous scars which I've got due to chicken pox on my face... and as I'm into sports a lot... so I've often had a couple of brushes against my knees and legs which are COVERED in scars so I just can't wear skirts or shorts!. Anything which is actually pretty easy?

If you've scratched or picked the chicken pox scabs while they were healing, it can leave permanent scars. There is no natural remedy that can get rid of them. Laser treatment can reduce the appearance of chicken pox scars. Alternatively, Vitamin E creams may help a little.
