This week celebrate THANKSGIVING ...... Not Christmas .

It is becoming an annual pet peeve of mine . They started playing Christmas music on the radio and in the stores immediately after Halloween . It can wait Why rush it ?

Thanksgiving is a special celebration on it's own . We commemorate the time when the Pilgrims sat down to feast with Elizabeth Warren's ancestors . We celebrate America's bounty and thank God for it. We sit down with family and friends to feast and watch football . It is a uniquely American holiday and should not be just the segue from Halloween to Christmas .
