Bill Nye the(pseudo) Science Guy spoke at a ' Stand Up For Science ' rally at the Lincoln Memorial yesterday . He encouraged Congress to protect science from censorship
And so today, we demand scientists not be censored and there be legal safeguards to prevent political interference and research. And that they be able to communicate their findings freely.
Furthermore, we demand all of us, the public, have access to scientific information. All the data and resources available before this president swore to uphold the U.S. Constitution in January of this year. This is our right. We paid for this science with our tax dollars.

I'm sure he then fully endorses the nomination of Dr. Jay Bhattacharya to lead the National Institute of Health (NIH) Bhattacharya was one of the co-authors of the Great Barrington Declaration ;that argued against the covid lock downs . The scientists that signed the declaration proved to be correct. Whether their work was right or wrong ,it deserved to be presented to the public and debated .But their work was brutally censored .
The censorship industrial complex put pressure on social media to exclude it from public discourse .

US District Judge Terry Doughty later ruled this violated the free speech clause of the 1st amendment.
How do we know that the scientists that signed onto the declaration were right ? Not one Dem even mentioned it during Bhattacharya confirmation hearings. None challenged him on his opposition to the "consensus science ".
