Wisconsin Democratic governor proposes replacing 'mother' with 'inseminated person' in state lawQuote:
The Evers administration's budget recommendation for the 2025-2027 fiscal period advises several other gendered terms be changed, as well. 2011 Tyree Smith ;a Connecticut man was hungry .So he found himself Angel Gonzalez; a homeless man, to eat .
Hannibal Lecter is fiction

Smith is real
Smith admitted to killing Gonzalez — who was homeless — with an ax inside an abandoned home in Bridgeport before removing parts of his brain, one of his eyeballs and several organs.
He then consumed the body parts at Lakeview Cemetery, washing them down with sake.
He was found not guilty due to insanity and was committed to Connecticut Valley Hospital for 60 years.
Now a decade later . His doctors say he is good to go.
A 6 members board appointed by Dem Guv Ned Lamont, 1 of whom is an actual psychiatrist, decided that, despite the protests of both his and his victim’s families, Smith should get out 50 years early because he promised to take his meds.
