Is form 4562 required for Uber Eats Driver?

Hi

I am using standard mileage deduction from Uber eats app. For my trips I did 1906 miles and multiplying this by 0.67 on line 9 of schedule C to claim expense. I part 4 of schedule C, it mentions, complete the section if you are not required to file form 4562.

Am I required to file form 4562?
