We have illegal drugs killing more Americans than were killed in Korea and Vietnam combined . November we learned that among the 1.8 million KNOWN "gotaways" border crossers there are terrorists . (Border Patrol Chief Raul Ortiz testified to Congress that number is only 20 percent of the total number ).
