Hey. I saw this when I was younger and its driving me insane. All I remember was a girl in high school who really wanted to be popular. She goes to a palm reader and ends up getting a book of magic spells to make everybody love her and want to be like her. I don't remember much else other than she gets the boy that she wants, she has an annoying little brother, she pulls a prank on her teacher w/ a voodoo doll to make him do crazy things, and in the end she goes back to her normal self and still gets the guy, and it ends with the two of them dancing to waiting for tonight. If anyone knows what I'm tlkng about, help! Its driving me crazy!

It kind of sounds like Teen Witch... but not totally. Teen Witch is such an amazing movie!

She's like in 10 million lifetime movies, but she was also in that old WB show Savannah.
