Why work when LA lets you live like a jet setter for free ?
Los Angeles has a brilliant idea. To house the homeless they are building a high rise apartment building

One full floor will be dedicated to office space for case workers. Resident accommodations include a gym, art room, music room, computer room and library; six common balconies and a café.
Maybe it is just me. I don't think incentivizing homelessness is the correct way to solve the problem.
