NYC The score card in the month of May
In the month of May NYC DA Alvin Bragg got a felony jury conviction against Trump for alleged bookkeeping violations .

How did the rest of NYC fare ?

In that time frame there were 9,243 total arrests .

27 arrests for murder, 111 for rape, 1,073 grand theft auto,1,083 burglary and 2,247 felony assault.

(See NYC CompStat 2.0 for the 28 day stats )
The grand total for the 1st 5 months of the year is 42,539 arrests .

You hear about 'prosecutorial discretion' . It means that Bragg can make decisions about which cases he can make and which to ignore.
He announced when he became DA that he would be “make incarceration a matter of last resort,” with a strong presumption against jail or prison for offenses other than murder, armed violent felonies that cause serious injury, domestic violence, sex crimes, public corruption, racketeering and white-collar crimes. For anything else, most arrestees will likely be released, many on their own recognizance.

I guess choosing the wrong ledger entry from a drop down menu is as serious as murder .
