    Trying to get pregnant
Me and my husband have been trying to get pregnant for about a year now and still nothing. We have done everything that the books and internet suggest... and still nothing. I'm afraid that something might be wrong and was wondering if there was any suggestions to help increase the chances?? I'm a 22 year old pretty healthy female and my husband is 28... anything that might help?

All you can do is continue to try! Since it has been a year you both should go to a fertility specialist just to be certain. You both could be fine, but if one or both of you has some infertility issues you will want to know about it so you can take the necessary actions as soon as possible. Schedule an appointment with your gyn and let them know what is going on. They may be able to do some testing. If not they will recommend you to a specialist. Hopefully you won't have to deal with infertility. Just keep your head up and all will happen as it should.
