Armed with appointment and Hunter being the VP's son ;Schwerin went to Europe to make a deal. It also gave him official cover to have meetings with Quid Pro Joe. He was not just Hunter's partner . He was a US official who had an "Official Passport"

The “relationship” with Norvik Bank, was none other than Hunter’s other business partner, Devon Archer who was a shareholder of Norvik. Emails with Hunter show he wanted a board seat for himself also.

The question is ;if 'the big guy' was getting a 10% cut ;what was the emperor's cut ?
