Unfiltered video that the Jan 6 Kangaroo court sham hearings did not bother to show in their slick produced narration of events on January 6 reveal a different tale of the riot . True it was a riot . But that is only part of the story

Jacob Chansley; the so called “QAnon Shaman.” who walked around the Capitol with a horned hat on his head has become a symbol ; the face of the day.

But video evidence tells a different tale than what we were led to believe. He did not break into the Capitol. He was escorted in by Capitol Police who acted as his personal tour guide.
This included walking him past other police who were hanging our by the Senate Chambers .None tried to stop and detain him Inside they escorted him to various locked doors . Then they helped him open one .

Now Chansley who is a Navy Vet is serving a 4 year sentence for his role .
To put that into perspective ;Jefferson Davis ;the President of the Confederacy ;an open armed conflict against the United States that cost an estimated 620,000 American deaths and countless more lives damaged ,served 2 years for insurrection .
Chansley has already served a longer sentence.

The kangaroo court had the same video footage but chose to not release it because it did not fit in with their narrative .There is thousands more hours of tape to scrutinize now that it all has been released .

Why was he dressed in such an off-putting way?

Does Antifa dressing in black and black face masks to peacefully protest by attacking police officers with fireworks ,Molotov cocktails and rocks bother you ?

the Proud Boys were convicted for participating in a seditious conspiracy, without any evidence of a plot . Not one shred of such evidence was presented at best there were weak inferences that were not backed up by any proof. There was no evidence of them plotting to stop Congress from certifying Clueless Joe's election. The evidence in fact shows the contrary ;that the riot was unplanned and spontaneous.

For there to be seditious conspiracy under the law they would have had to conspire to "oppose by force" the authority of the U.S. government or "by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States."

The prosecution used video footage of some of the group during the riot and infered the defendants were also violent without evidence of it .
Keep this in mind . Any riot can now be a seditious conspiracy if it interferes with "the execution of any law of the United States."

Anyone want to apply that standard to Antifa and BLM ?

At one time it is thought they had as many as 3 million members. They were responsible for the lynchings of many black Americans and conducted a virtual reign of terror in many communities.

I don't know. The KKK is more advanced in keeping their activities out of the public eye, but you might very well be right.

New revelations from unsealed FISA documents reveal that the FBI in cooperation with Bank Of America (BOA) ;(and most likely other major banks too big to fail), was illegally surveilling during the Jan 6,2021 protest and the racial justice protest in 2020 . 278,000 times !!!!!

This is what they did . They turned over to the FBI EVERY bank transaction ;credit card use ,debit withdrawals etc that happened in DC on those days .

Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act allows them to data mine foreigners outside of the US.. To use the tool for domestic spying is a gross violation of the law. The law expires at the end of the year and Clueless Joe wants it renewed . But there is a real need to restructure the law to protect the rights of American citizens . Even when they are targeting foreigners , Americans have inadvertently been a part of some searches.

In this case there was nothing inadvertent about it .
