    Induction or gas hob?
I am going to buy new hob, should I go for induction or gas. Which one is best cost wise?

    Many thanks!

Cost wise I wouldn't have a clue as I'm in the uk, but I do prefer a gas hob as its so much easier to control I always find that with electric if you are boling veg etc it takes for ever to cool enough to bring to a simmer.
Obviously this is just my opinion and I hope that what ever you buy you are pleased with it.

Depending on which is more expensive-gas or electricity. In our country gas is cheaper.Though, I believe induction heaters are more energy efficient and do not heat up the kitchen as much, so you will save electroity on ventilation costs. The heat from gas is more easily controllable I suppose
