Clueless' Justice Dept is suing Steve Wynn ,the casino mogul for violations of the laws of the Foreign Agent Registration Act (FARA) in regard to his dealing with China .
Wynn ,a Trump supporter faces the wrath of the DOJ .

But more important to Clueless is that this represents a shift from criminal jeopardy for violations of FARA to civil .

As you recall Mueller made a lot of hay out of persuing and threatening criminal action against Rudy ,Manafort,Flynn and Victoria Toensing over FARA .

Now pursing criminal prosecution is not so compelling .

Hunter is of course eyeball deep in corruption related to arranging $$$$ for the 'big man' 50% Joe .Now the Justice Department has departed from years of criminal charges in favor of civil charges.Just in time for Hunter Biden charges .

Hunter is not those subversive terrorist parents who the FBI has to protect school board members from . The Grand Jury concluded it's deliberations on the Biden crime family without any apparent indictments .

Or AG Garland may be waiting until after the mid-term elections before charging him (how fortuitous would that be for the Dems ? )
