    Here's an a quick example:

    Calls Received Average Talk Time
    25 X 342 (seconds) = 8550
    12 X 295 = 3540
    23 X 298 = 6854
    15 X 292 = 4380

So 75 totals calls and 23324 total seconds gives you 23324/75 for a weight average talk time of 311 seconds.

    Hope this helps

Gee, it's amazing no one has answered you. The answer is yes - stocks work this way. That's why you'll see investors buy stocks after the price drops - to get the weighted avaerage down and make it easier to show a profit,
    Example - 10 shares x $100 = $1000 investment
    price drops to $80
buy 10 more shares at $80 = $800 investment (total money invested $1800)
Stocks now needs to rise to $90 to sell the 20 shares and breakeven (not the original $100 a share).

Be careful - don't be investing without more information.
This example shows stocks and weighted averages and why some investors make what seems like a silly investment
