    Weight problems.
    OK well I am over weight or at least I think I am and I was wondering what kind of exercises and other stuff I could do to lose a lot of weight before may, 26, 07. I really need some advise because I want to look good for my party. :(

    Eating low fat, low calorie foods are the best way to change bad eating habits, no processed foods, fasrt foods, sweets, candy, salty snacks. Eating full grain wheat products like breads, cereals, pastas. Eat lots of veggies and fruits, seeds and nuts. Watch quantities, read nutritional labels and stick to the one protion sizes. Meats should be about 3 ounce serving sized. Cut out soda and presweetened drinks and drink lots of water. And finally you need to exercise, aerobics, jogging, biking, walking, weight/resistance training but you need to do it on a regular basis, 3-4 times a week, 30-60 minute sessions!
