    Fasting Information
Are there any fasts that you can do without needing a juicer?

We had a time of fasting at my college and used broth soup. I guess it depends what your belief system is and how long you plan on fasting

Intermittent fasting (if it's for health). Fast for most of the day, but eat proper within a certain time slot, typically 5pm to 9pm, then back to fast. Seems to do very good things to control insulin level and promoted growth hormone, without causing weakness or fatigue.
