My friend also has the same problem and she uses a special foundation in which makes the bags lighter each day. If you go to boots I'm sure there hep you find the right one

Cold teabags or Cucumber slices - the most natural way I know without costing !

You could also try a cold eye mask available from chemists - you store in the fridge and use when needed - these are great for migraines too.

Or if you want a quick fix but will cost approx £25.00 a tube ROC do an excellent eye cream.
