How Turbo Blower work?

In the case of a blow dryer or leaf blower, air is drawn in at the central axis of the turbine and blown out the nozzle. In the case of a turbo charger, two turbines are connected by a central shaft with one turbine being spun by engine exhaust from the exhaust manifold and the other sucking in fresh air and compressing it for the intake manifold.
