I'm a single mom of a set of twins, their dad went to jail 5mos after they were born on robbery and crack cocaine charges. Bob has been in and out of jail and on crack since he was sixteen he is now thirty-six. After four years in prison he was release this April. Bob is now coming to my home unannounced with his girlfriend and calling all times of the night.
I believe he is on drugs now. We have a court date in may for full custody, he is trying to make me drop the case. I just want him to leave us alone.
Will I get full custody? And how do I make him give up all rights?

I don't want any money nor do I want my girls to visit with him I just want him to leave us alone.

I feel we are in danger.

Hunnie, you have nothing to worry about. He is a felon, he cannot have the girls. The only way he can even see them is if he gets clean. And more than likely it will be supervised visit for a while seems how he just got out. You do know when you are at court you can request a drug test and tell them you feel the girls are in danger. You can also file a harassment report on him if he is coming to your house withuot you wanting him there. Therfore they can place and temp or permanet restraining order.
