    Donald the peacemaker
Trump Offers to Mediate Between Pakistan and India on Kashmir Conflict

This is out of the blue and Trump made the offer to Imran Khan and got a thumbs up, but it begs the question if he can mediate in one long running dispute why cannot he do the same with the US dispute with Iran. Do we have to wait until that one has been running 70 years

Beats sitting home while everyone else watches Mueller testify before congress. He would love your peacemaker characterization though Clete. Looks good on his resume and adds to his dealmaker brand. Of course he hasn't cut any deals, or made any peace anywhere in the world but he can still brag to his base what he is doing while the dems try to get the goods on the dufus.

is the end result a nuke free Iran and an Iran free of the yoke of the 12ers oppression ? That is the only acceptable outcome.

True but realistically a nuke free Iran is the best you can hope for. Muslims never learn they always regress

Try not to be negative all the time Tal, I would say that the relationship with NK has fallen to the peaceful side of the debate

The same could be said of a nuclear free NK, and that's not going to happen.

We stopped flying over NK, they stopped shooting missiles. We've been here before many times Clete, talk and talk, which isn't a bad thing, but NK has nukes and the missiles to deliver, so they can keep talking until the crows come home. Lack of noise is not tranquil peace and NK still is under sanctions thankfully.

we are closer there than Iran. However ;the Kim family has to be held accountable for 60 plus years of running a brutal gulag.

Here we go again, telling others how to live. This is not to say NK has to change, but it is not your job to bring the Kims to account, the NK people will do that in their time

Should we sell them guns since rice cakes do not make a successful revolution. Now Iranians may get tired of being reduced to rice cakes and have been known to throw rocks.

I got no use for either regime if I'm honest about it.

In their present state I agree with you, but you could sell your surplus soy to NK now it isn't going to China, it is poison anyway and a little easing of the sanctions may help progress in both cases

Well Kim sends another firecracker for the dufus to take notice. Will the dufus ignore fatso's overture? Is fatso lonely, or wanting his sugar daddy to give him some goody goody treat?

Didn't the dufus promise him some condo's on the beach or something? Or was it condoms for the beetch?
