2 missed Cycles and 3 negative tests
I am wondering if anyone has had any similar problems. I've had regular cycles all my life missing only when pregnant I've had two healthy children. My cycle was even normal after my tubal ligation 6years ago, nothing has changed it. I try to live a stress free life and I'm very happy in my marriage. BUT I had no cycle since Feb. 20, 2007 and light spotting in March for one day and nothing in April. I've taken 3 HPT's and all are negative. What's going on?::confused: I will be seeing my doctor this coming week

How old are you? It could be a number of things. Sometimes it is just normal. You should probably contact your doctor.

Are you on any form of birth control?

When did you take the last test? I missed one cycle and took meds to get started back up (we were trying to get pregnant). During that time I felt nauseas, had headaches, and had sore breasts. I think it was just my hormones being off. I wasn't pregnant, and the doctor said everything was normal. I would suggest making an appointment with your doctor.

I don't mean to insult you or anything, but how old are you? Could it be menopause?

Oh no that's not an insult, I am actually 31yrs old and healthy. So if it's meopause it just hit me early. I just don't think that's it.

Early menopause symptoms can start as soon as 10 years before the actual menopause sets in, I've been told. SO it is a possibility, however, I would definitely talk to your doctor about this before jumping to conclusions. Our hormones are always changes along with our bodies, and sometimes they just totally put us through a spin, trying to figure out what is going on. Things that didn't use to be normal, suddenly are. As I said, your doctor is the only one that can give you the for sure answers that you need at this point. Good luck to you and let us know.

Last jan I was 4 weeks late on my period, I did 4 pregnancy test all negative then done a 5th one, and a very faint line appierd but unfortunetly I had a miscarege. But just give it another 1 or 2wks and have another. Or go to the dr and ask for a pregnancy blood test they are very right.

Well maybe you're just having a wacked out period... that happens sometimes. Or maybe the hcg levels cannot be detected yet. That happens sometimes so try to go get a blood test if you really think you could possibly be pregnant.

Are you taking the HPT's first thing in the morning?

Females are very complex so it would be best to just wait until your visit to the doctor.

It's the not knowing that's worrying isn't it, I'm now just over two weeks late on my period, I've done three hpt and all have been negative, I'm feeling tired all the time, stomach ache on and off, but becoming more often, lower back ache, and generally feeling very lathargic, I have got two beautiful healthy sons already, but had an ectopic pregnancy at the beginning of dec so am naturally feeling a little wary, I went to my doctor last week and she did an internal but said she couldn't feel anything, but then again nothing could be felt when I had my ectopic, she has sent a sample off to be tested and hopefully should get the results back tomorrow, but like I say, it's the not knowing that drives you crazy.
