Texas debt proceedures - possible outcomes?
In Texas when an individual is sued for debt and the individual cannot pay the amount sued for, what actions (entry of judgement, filing a lien, attachment of assets, freezing of bank accounts, etc.) can be forced upon the individual and how do they impact the individual?

I don't believe Texas allows garnishment of wages. So the only recourse when a judgement is rendered, is to seize assets. A primary residences is usually exempt from seizure. Most debtors won't bother with personal property like furniture clothing etc. So that leaves cash assets and securities.

I was watching Walker Texas Ranger, it looks like the people you owe money to, come after you with guns and just take what you owe.
** TV can't be wrong can it?

But seriously unless it has just changed, Texas does not allow garnishment of wages. But they do allow attachments ( so I guess the people with guns *court baliffs** do come and take your stuff.
