In Texas when an individual is sued for debt and the individual cannot pay the amount sued for, what actions (entry of judgement, filing a lien, attachment of assets, freezing of bank accounts, etc.) can be forced upon the individual and how do they impact the individual?

I don't believe Texas allows garnishment of wages. So the only recourse when a judgement is rendered, is to seize assets. A primary residences is usually exempt from seizure. Most debtors won't bother with personal property like furniture clothing etc. So that leaves cash assets and securities.
