94 civic hatchback cranks but doesn't start
The car cranks over really strong, has spark, fuel, and compression although on the 1st cylinder the compression is lower by 50 psi, and the rest are at like 180psi. I was thinking that it might be the timing, but I'm not sure, sometimes it seems like it's going to start then it just goes back to cranking. I've tried it on several ecu's but still the same problem, one problem though, I don't have a pvc valve no more, because the new head I put on doesn't have a hole for it, and it only has the valve for the intake. Also sometimes it keeps blowing out some pressure or something from the valve cover valve. Sounds like when your pumping your tires and you pull it off.

Check the timming belt. It might have skipped or is broken changing the timming and not allowing the car to start.

Timing belt is OK, and I found out that the reason why it's making that blowing noise is because the there is no pvc for it to release the crankcase pressure. When I take out my spark plugs after trying to start it, number 1 and number 3 cylinders are wet on the spark plugs and number 2 and number 4 are not wet on the spark plugs, do I have some timing issues. Is it a bad spark or ICM..
