Have been suffering with red bumps all over that itch like hell. All lead to hives but all recommended measures of relief have no effect. Doctors can only prescribe antihistamines. None of them work. Wondering if it might be something else?

This may be due to allergy- mainly Drugs which troubles a lot of people. In my experience iI stopped medicines after getting many opinions from doctors who shared my concerns. Cologne, agreeable moisturing creams(comes out after some trials!) keeping aerated all closed wardrobes, attic, lofts may help! Antihistamines kept me drowsy and I stopped it! Wear cotton clothings. Also soap gels from Body shop may help (Pick the one that suits you! When it itches bad apply eau de cologne followed br moisturing cream genrously.
