My 95 Civic has sudden complete power loss at certain gas pedal positions when driving, and intermitent starting problems. I changed the fuel filter, pcv, flushed the fuel system,cleaned the throttle body air intake, and the fuel pump supposedly delivers pressure and I can hear it running. Is there Hope!! thanks...

Have u checked the cat ? Check the muffler see if its getting a lot of air comeing out when u rev it up .also it will smell very bad like rotten eggs . Do u have a motor light on ?

Check the throttle position sensor. It could have a bad spot in it, sending false data to the ECU.
