I filed bankruptcy in 01 and I thought one of my creditors was left off so I continued to make payments. Upon receiving my credit report I realized it was in fact included. Can I get back all my payments since the bankruptcy?

No, it was your error, and something you should have checked before paying, also if this ceditor was the same as others within the same class by treating them different than the others in the same class, ( by paying them) you could even have caused grounds for the other creditors to file suit against you in bankrutpcy court if they found out.

I would discuss this very carefully with your attorney that did the bankrutpcy for you.
