Of course it can not be true, since men do not actually move mountains. Unless you are building a road or something.
Cool. You edited your question. Not cool really because it makes responses appear irrelevant.
It can be true if you find a guy who means what he says and actually does it. Otherwise guys will say anything to get in your draws. It's up to YOU to judge which box a guy falls into, or if he is even capable of keeping his word.
Sounds good as a line in those romance novels though, doesn't it? Makes you all hopeful and dreamy that some one says them to you. Have they?
