Hello I just bought a really cheap 1990 Chevy Beretta. Seems to go fine but the steering is really tight and seems messed with, and the ignition is shot, I put the key in and have to almost force it out. How much do you think it would run me to get these both replaced. Also for some reason the headlights won't turn on, do I just need new bulbs for the headlights? The flood lights do work.

Those cars did have Rack & Pinion troubles, its possible that you have a problem there. New ignition switches are not too expensive, about $20-$30 for parts. It would be difficult to ay about the headlights. Since neither come on, I would guess the switch, but it is possible that both bulbs are burnt out.
On a side note, all of the problems are/could be related to the steering column, could it be it was replaced or possibly a stolen car?
