I'm currently pregnant and I bled a few times after intercousre and it is very uncomfortable during sex to where I don't want it. Anyone know why it might be uncomfortable once you get later in your pregnancy?

I moved your post to a thread of it's own so that you get the answers you deserve rather than riding on another's "coattails."

Sex gets uncomfortable because of your rather large girth if you use the missionary position.

    How far along are you?

Its pretty sensitive down there as well, there's a lot going on, and a lot of preparations to be made. Its not at all uncommon for it to get uncomfortable, esp in the later months, and not even want it. Sometimes it just doesn't feel worth it. You feel so big and bulky, and its hard to even get into the mood enough, because you are huffing and puffing for air with that baby pushing up, and the belly pushing out makes positioning rough, and it seems almost more work then its worth. Its not uncommon to have some light bleeding, and/or spotting after intercourse. However, make sure to tell your doctor about it. They will most likely tell you its nothing to worry about, but it is something that your doctor needs to be informed of. Good luck hun.
