    Load Panel Access
I’ve read posts on this board about the required access clearance to the main load panel. My question is, unless I missed it in other posts :o , does the load panel door have to be readily accessible, or more specifically visible? My load panel is attached to the framing in what used to be the utility room which was moved during remodeling. Due to the frame/foundation set up, the new wall is appx. 3” out from the original framing. In order to reach the load panel a small access door was built in the wall. Unless they knew about this set up, someone else wouldn’t know where the panel is. Does this meet code?

A panel accessible behind any door is fine, just don't intentionally hide it, if the architecture requires something hidden, then just post it's location some how.

I agree with tk. To add, If your install meets Article 110.26, then you should be fine.
