The older and older I get the worse and worse she gets she has uncontrollable emotions and has called me out of my name numerously then she thinks the worse possible and blames me for everything. Honestly she's told me she doesn't want me anymore and is only worried about my youngest brother. She has a fiance(:) ) but they have been there for 2 years(:mad: ) I ask her why and she says because she would get less money in her taxes and she loves her money more than being happy. She refuses to buy the essitials for me when I ask. I don't want to be like this for three more years. She destroys me mentally telling me" I don't know why you dress up you ugly.So is there ANYWAY I could get a emancipation with all that's going on??

In Georgia is it very easy to get emancipated. You will need money for an attorney first, Then you just need a job that earns you enough money to pay rent, and electric and living expenses. Once you have that job and enough money for an attorney, you have the attorney file a motion incourt for you, and prove that you were mistreated, your life was in danger or some seroius reason and they court awards it to you.

If you are merely in dange or being abused you call the police, tell a teacher and the Children and family services will investigate and see if you need to be put into foster care.
