Where can I find a Federal motion form for early release from probation so I can file it myself?

I don't think you'll find anything like that. You could write a letter to the judge and ask him to consider it a motion. Send a copy to the prosecutor.

All you have to do is send a letter to the judge via Federal clerk office, make sure that you case number and the judges name is on the letter that you write asking for early release from federal probation. I got this info straight from the federal clerks office

What is south Dakota law for early release from federal probation? I know that there is a certain motion form?

Can the federal probation office revoke your supervision for not being full time employed?
