I was wondering what ever happened to my grandmas life insurance benefits she paid for all her life for me .so I had something to fall back on?

What happens to life insurance benefits when someone die's and doe,snt know they died and they lose all right's for not anserwing the newspaper in time?

Nahh, you don't lose anything. Call up the insurance company who had the policy and make your claim.

If she had a life insurance policy on herself, that would pay on her death, then all you need to do is contact the insurance company and provide a death certificate and they will send the payment. It can be years latter.

If she was paying on a policy on you, and stopped paying, it would have went into a paid up policy that would stay in effect for a long time.

Either way you merely contact the insurance company.
