    Interrogatories, After Statement of Judgment?
    State is MA.

We have now gotten a list of interrogatories which is a lot of info requested by the CA. This after getting a payment plan from them. They also want a signed Statement of Judgment. I would like to not go through all the interrogatories, esp since a signed statement of judgment is giving them what the want, a judgment. If I send the statement of judgment, will they just enter this into the court and be done?

    Thanks.

If you have a signed settlement agreement that should forestall the suit and the suit process should cease.

The form we signed was an "Agreement of Judgment" I would think that settles it in their favor, and the suit is done in their favor. Correct?

I would have to see the wording of what you signed.
