    Strainer will not seal. Water drains through the strainer.

    They sell all kinds of Glacier Bay strainers at Home Depot and the basic ones only need a simple adjustment to the rubber stopper part which is the seal I THINK you mean. Any way you can be more specific as to which one you have?
