Does anyone know a good "weight watchers" food for my indoor cat?

Most "weight control" food off the shelf can help, but if you think you need to take more drastic action, your vet can provide specially medicated foods that will help promote weight loss. They tend to be on the expensive side, but work better than the "weight control" food off the shelf.

This is also a long term project - It can take a year or more for you cat to loose a significant amount of weight.
