I have about 2 minute but up to 5 minutes delay for the cold water to come out of the shower and about 2 minutes for the hot. Sometimes it will have hammer sometimes not.

I have bleed the lines and checked the shower head.
It only happens in this one shower of 2 in the house and no other taps have any problems.
Single story house.

Please take a few minutes and tell us a little more. Is this a POWER SHOWER? If it is, I'm still a little confused...
