Being pregnant certainly stresses the bladder and in advanced pregnancy the pressure is directly related to the mass inside the uterus pressing on organs. However, at only five weeks I can't see this happening, although you should be urinating more then usual. I would see your pediatrician to make sure that everything is progressing properly.

Hah, I fixed the color as it was virtually impossible to read, well for my old eyes anyway ;).

I would have to agree with the answers you have gotten so far, however you should see your GYN about this. It is possible that you may be in the early stages of a bladder infection.

Is it possible I'm not urinating a lot because I'm dehidrated and also sick I ahvent been drinking many fluids and I have the cold I don't want to feel dorky with every little prob I go see my doctor

It is possible that you are dehydrated, you need to drink LOTS of water and juice.

Your doc won't consider you dorky, they are used to first time moms who have LOTS of questions. Believe me, I was one.

Hi, I have 3 children, and what you are feeling is totally normal, although if you are really concerned about anything you should ask your midwife... but I felt that with each child... and sorry to tell you it gets worse and then needing the loo really kicks in lol. I suppose it all depends on how your baby is lying in your womb, but just relax and enjoy your pregnancy, because before you know it you will be waving your wee one off to school! Hehe. Takecare.xx.
